Consideration of approval of a City of Rock Hill industrial tax abatement for HARTMANN USA, Inc. effective for the 2018, 2019 and 2020 tax years and all prior tax years applicable to the Infrastructure contemplated under the HARTMANN Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement dated as of May 28, 2013. Nothing in this approval shall obligate the City of Rock Hill to reimburse or repay for any sum previously collected.
