Second reading and adoption of a third supplemental ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of a City of Rock Hill, South Carolina, Limited Obligation Bond (Hospitality Fee Pledge), in the principal amount of not exceeding $10,000,000 to defray a portion of the costs of a tourism-related athletic facility and related infrastructure, improvements and equipment; authorizing the Mayor or the City Manager to determine certain matters with respect to the bond; prescribing the form and details of such bond; and other matters relating thereto.
