Consider Planning Commission recommendation regarding petition M-2015-01 by Cherry Road Developers LLC to rezone approximately 1.01 acres at 2550 Cherry Road from Business Development District III (BD-III) to Community Commercial (CC). The subject property is proposed to be annexed into the City of Rock Hill. Tax parcel 662-00-00-061. Strategic Goal: Manage growth through the development of infill strategies and growth policies for the urban fringe.
