Second reading and adoption of an Ordinance approving a 2014 Amendment to the Downtown Redevelopment Plan (Textile Corridor Redevelopment Project Area) dated May 2014, as revised on August 20, 2014; extending the duration of the City’s Amended Downtown Redevelopment Plan dated March 2004 (the “Original Textile Corridor Redevelopment Plan”); increasing the authorized aggregate principal amount and extending the maturity of Tax Increment Bonds which may be issued; and adding certain properties to the Redevelopment Project Area established by the Original Textile Corridor Redevelopment Plan; authorizing the execution and delivery of second amendments to the Intergovernmental Agreements by and between the City of Rock Hill, South Carolina and Rock Hill School District No. 3 of York County and York County, South Carolina; and other matters relating thereto.
