Consider rescinding the denial of an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Rock Hill Code by making certain changes in the official zoning map affecting approximately 14.25 acres at 2963, 2965, 2969, & 2993 Celanese Road, and 2865 & 2880 Ebinwood Road from Business Development District-I (BD-I), Business Development District-II (BD-II), and Business Development District-III (BD-III) in York County to Planned Development-Commercial (PD-C).
