Consider approval of a Nondisturbance and Attornment Agreement and to approve changes to the Development Agreement, Parking License Agreement and Parking Deck Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rock Hill and Comporium, Inc. and to authorize the City Manager to further negotiate and make future amendments or revisions to these agreements to further the desires and wishes of City Council.
