Strategic Goals: Solicit developer(s) to partner with the City and other Old Town stakeholders to plan for and attract new investment to Old Town; Organize meetings with the Old Town Leadership Group and facilitate economic development initiatives within the group to support Old Town and other key business initiatives; Create a marketing/ branding plan for Old Town as a place for business; Report results of the Streetcar Master Plan and identify next steps; Recommend/implement policies and incentives as part of the Old Town Jobs Strategy; Produce a development plan for the Lowenstein Building.
