Consider agreement related to the development of the Old Town Market. Strategic Goals: 1) Complete public improvements proposed for the Old Town Market in conjunction with the redevelopment of the adjacent buildings for retail/restaurant use; 2) Develop and implement incentive programs to support private investments that aid in the achievement of the City’s economic development goals; 3) Organize, manage and support community activities and events in the downtown area.
