Consider Planning Commission recommendation regarding petition M-2011-15 by QuikTrip Corporation to rezone approximately 3.4 acres at 1405 Celanese Road and 1195 Riverview Road from Urban Development (UD) in York County to Limited Commercial (LC). The subject property is proposed to be annexed into the City. Tax parcels 662-00-00-005 & 019. Strategic Goal: Provide strategies for managing growth in expansion areas on the urban fringe.
