Consider Planning Commission recommendation regarding Petition T-2011-01 by Rock Hill City Council to amend the Zoning Ordinance affecting Article 2: Administration; Article 6: Development and Design Standards; and Article 8: Nonconformities, in relation to site plan reviews in approved business parks, the expansion or remodeling of nonconformities, and temporary signs. Strategic Goal: Ensure quality development standards so that private investment reinforces the City’s aesthetic goals.
