Consider approval of the City’s 2011-2012 CDBG Annual Action Plan. Strategic Goal 1: Strengthen the City’s role as a place for economic activity through job creation, business location and expansion, redevelopment, and tourism. Strategic Goal 2: Strengthen and enhance neighborhoods and business centers of Old Town. Strategic Goal 3: Assist Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill in the development of programs and services that increase affordable housing opportunities offered to low and moderate income families.
