Consider request from York Technical College for funding of The Hive, a Workforce Development Program to be located in Old Town. Strategic Goals: 1) Provide support and incentives for businesses interested in locating or expanding in the downtown area; 2) Provide support for downtown businesses and attract new businesses; 3) Provide support for public and private investment in the downtown area.
