Consider Planning Commission recommendation regarding petition M-2009-15 by Robert Beaty to amend the PUD Master Plan for Graystone Station to revise the permitted uses, modify the hours of operation for a limited number of uses after 10:00 p.m. and to make minor changes in the site plan, including eliminating the rear access drive around the building and modifying the landscaping plan.
