Consider Planning Commission recommendation regarding Petition T-2009-03 by Rock Hill City Council to amend the Zoning Ordinance affecting Article 3: Zone Districts, Article 6: Development & Design Standards, and Article 10: Definitions & Rules for Interpretation, regarding signs in the Mixed Use Corridor (MUC) district to allow for varying sign heights in different portions of the Saluda Street MUC district. (Strategic Goal: Management of Growth: Provide growth policies and standards that will result in quality, sustainable development in the Rock Hill service area.)
