Consider an ordinance to enact a new City ordinance regulating smoking in public places by repealing the existing Chapter 2, Article V, of the Code of the City of Rock Hill titled Smoking in City Facilities and amending Chapter 26, Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places, to add comprehensive provisions protecting the public against the harmful effects of secondary smoke.
