Briefings are scheduled as follows: THURSDAY, JANUARY 11, 2024 11:30 AM-12:30 PM 12:30 PM-1:30 PM Representatives from Administration, OMB, Law, Finance, and municipal advisors will be in attendance. Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place.
