1. 1 M E M O R A N D U M TO: PRESIDENT AND ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS FROM: KIMBERLY CLARK-BASKIN, CITY CLERK SUBJECT: BRIEFING Please be advised that Councilman Bobby Wilson has requested a briefing with City Council Members pertaining to Council Bill 2024-0256, relative to the Downtown Tax Abatement ordinance. Briefings are scheduled as followed: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20, 2024 Large Conference Room 1:00 PM-2:00 PM 2:00 PM-3:00 PM Council Budget Director Peter McDevitt and Department of Finance Director Jennifer Gula will be in attendance. Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place.
