1. 1 M E M O R A N D U M TO: PRESIDENT AND ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS FROM: KIMBERLY CLARK-BASKIN, CITY CLERK DATE: MARCH 15, 2024 SUBJECT: BRIEFING ON DEER MANAGEMENT Please be advised that Councilman Anthony Coghill and the Department of Public Safety have requested a briefing with City Council Members as it pertains to Deer Management. Briefings are scheduled as followed: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 27, 2024 Large Conference Room 1:30 PM-2:30 PM 2:30 PM-3:30 PM Public Safely Director Lee Schmidt, Park Ranger Manager Jon Furman, Park Ranger Supervisor Erica Heidi will be in attendance. Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place.
