2. 2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with the law firm of Citron Alex PC, in connection with matters to be heard before Pennsylvania’s Orphans Court, at a cost not-to-exceed Sixty-Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($60,000.00) over one (1) year.
