1. 1 M E M O R A N D U M TO: PRESIDENT AND ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS FROM: KIMBERLY CLARK-BASKIN, CITY CLERK SUBJECT: BRIEFING Please be advised that Councilperson Bob Charland and the Commission on Human Relations (CHR) have requested a briefing with City Council Members as it to pertains work that CHR does and how it can be a resource to Council Offices. Briefings are scheduled as followed: TUESDAY, JULY 9, 2024 Large Conference Room 2:00 PM-2:45 PM 2:45 PM-3:30 PM Commission on Human Relations Director Rachel Shepherd will be in attendance. Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place. To manage each session and to prevent a quorum, please confirm attendance with the City Clerk’s Office by emailing cityclerksoffice@pittsburghpa.gov.
