2. 2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements with Spillman, Thomas, & Battle in an amount not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) for legal services related to pending litigation involving City employees over one (1) year.
