2. 2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements with Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie, and Rauch, in an amount not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) over one (1) year for legal services related to pending litigation involving City employees.
