1. 1 M E M O R A N D U M TO: PRESIDENT AND ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS FROM: KIMBERLY CLARK-BASKIN, CITY CLERK DATE: NOVEMBER 7, 2024 SUBJECT: BRIEFING ON DOMI'S RIGHT-OF-WAY FEE SCHEDULE Please be advised that Councilwoman Barb Warwick the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) have requested a briefing with City Council Members on DOMI's Right-of-Way Fee Schedule. Briefings are scheduled as followed: WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2024 Large Conference Room 3:00 PM- 3:45 PM 3:45 PM-4:30 PM Angie Martinez and Katie Wettick from DOMI will be in attendance. Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place. To manage each session and to prevent a quorum, please confirm attendance with the City Clerk’s Office by emailing cityclerksoffice@pittsburghpa.gov. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
