  2. 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of James Sheehan, Laureen O’Neill Sheehan and their attorneys, Goodrich and Geist, P.C., for a single payment in 2025 in an amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($150,000.00), in full and final settlement of litigation, filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 22-001137. 2025-1438
