- 1 M E M O R A N D U M TO: PRESIDENT AND ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS FROM: KIMBERLY CLARK-BASKIN, CITY CLERK SUBJECT: EXECUTIVE SESSION Please be advised that an executive session has been scheduled regarding the following:
- 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Kittelson, LLC for expert witness services in connection with a litigation matter filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G. D. 22-2782 for an amount not to exceed EIGHT THOUSAND SEVENTY-ONE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTS ($8,071.25) over one year. (Executive Session held 2/4/25)
- 3 Resolution authorizing the issuance of three (3) warrants with the total sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($248,001.00) over one (1) year. It is further understood and agreed that the payment schedule of the total settlement amount shall be as follows: (i) ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ONE DOLLARS ($100,001.00) payable to Michael Zokaites and his attorney, Wendy Williams, Esq. ; (ii) SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($70,000.00) payable to Martin A. Dietz, Esq. ; (iii) SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($78,000.00) payable to Bruce Thomas and his attorney, Noah Geary, Esq., in full and final settlement of litigation, filed in the United States District Court for the Western District Court of Pennsylvania at consolidated case 2:18-cv-01567.
