2. 2 Resolution amending Resolution 603 of 2024, authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Fisher Phillips LLP for legal services in connection with issues involving labor disputes, by increasing the cost by ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000) for a new not to exceed amount of TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($210,000) and adding one year for a new contract term of TWO (2) years.
