2. 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Bernstein-Burkley, P.C. for expert legal services in connection with a litigation matter for an amount not to exceed SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($6,115.50), over one year. 3. 3 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional consultation services agreement, agreements, or amendments thereto, with Exponent, Inc., in connection with claims and litigation involving the Fern Hollow Bridge, at a cost not-to-exceed Forty-Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($40,000) over one (1) year.
