- 2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements and Amendments thereto with Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney PC for legal consulting services in connection with fiscally complex real property litigation and related matters, for an amount not-to-exceed Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($75,000.00) over one (1) year.
