Daniel Lavelle has requested a briefing with City Council Members and staff to go over the go over the selection process for the 2025 NED funding, Bill 2025-2386. THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2025 LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place. Kelly L. Russell, Assistant Director/Labor Compliance Officer, Office of Management and Budget--Community Development will be in attendance.
