2. 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of National Church Residences, Parkside Manor Senior Housing, LP in an amount not to exceed ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($11,408.00) over one year, in full and final settlement of a claim (2025-CLAIM-0088) for damage to the building underpass at 1306 Brookline Boulevard from a City EMS vehicle exceeding the height restriction on February 1, 2025.
