Cordes & Associates, for a single payment in 2026 in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and Sixty-Four cents ($108,296.64), in full and final settlement of litigation filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at No. GD 25-014112 and the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at EEOC Charge No. 533-2021-01109.
