1. 1 M E M O R A N D U M TO: PRESIDENT AND ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS FROM: KIMBERLY CLARK-BASKIN, CITY CLERK DATE: AUGUST 24, 2026 SUBJECT: BRIEFING ON TAX DIVERSIONS Please be advised that the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has requested an opportunity to brief Council Members and staff on Tax Diversions. The briefing sessions are scheduled as follows: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM Tom Link, Chief Development Officer, and Catherine Murray, Director of Government Affairs & Strategic Initiatives, from the URA will be in attendance. Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place. To manage each session and to prevent a quorum, please confirm attendance with the City Clerk’s Office by emailing cityclerksoffice@pittsburghpa.gov. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
