Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to accept a donation of six (6) safety ladders from Friends of the Riverfront valued at Twelve Thousand Forty dollars ($12,040.00), to be installed along the southern shore of the Allegheny River from Rachel Carson Bridge to Point State Park at no cost to the City.
