2. 2 Bill 82 Amending the 2024 Capital Fund Budget to provide for an increase of Five Hundred and Five Thousand Dollars ($505,000.00) to the newly created capital account for the School Zone Traffic Safety Upgrades project as part of the Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA) grant the City was awarded to install and replace school flashers citywide.
