  8. 13 5. The Allentown City Planning Commission will hold a public meeting to provide the public with an opportunity to comment on a proposed new zoning ordinance. Upon completion of its work, the planning agency shall present to the governing body the proposed zoning ordinance along with any recommendations. Copies of the proposed ordinance can be examined at the planning office on the 4th floor of City Hall.
