2. 2 Bill 71 Amending the 2025 Solid Waste Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Dollars ($153,000.00) from the unappropriated cash balance to purchase a new cardboard baler for the Recycling Drop Off Center. The City was awarded $200,000 through the 902 Municipal Recycling Program Development and Implementation Grant for this purchase and will be fully reimbursed once the cardboard baler is purchased and installed. 15-7883
