- 1 NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the following appeals. The meeting will be held both in person City Hall Council Chambers, 435 Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA and online. The meeting information will be available at https://allentownpa.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx You may submit any questions, support, or state an objection ahead of the meeting by emailing public.comment@allentownpa.gov. Please include your name and address when submitting any comments. All comments and questions received by 4 pm on November 10, 2025 will be reviewed by the board.

- 3 1. A-2025-00480 229 N 9th St Appeal of Lehigh Land & Building LLC to convert vacant office space to PERSONAL SERVICE (Tattoo Studio), with use not permitted, located in the R-MH (Medium-High Density Residential) and TNDO (Traditional Neighborhood Development Overlay) Districts.

A-2025-00568 1415 & 1425 Lehigh St Appeal of Allentown Properties Associates, LLC to CONSTRUCT ADULT DAY CARE CENTER, exceeding max. allowable steep slope disturbance in areas 25-35% (25% permitted; 100% prop). & over 35%, (0% permitted; 100% prop), located in the Shopping Center Business (B-4) District.

Inc. for HV2 Enterprises, Inc. to establish MANUFACTURE OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT “EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES,” with use permitted by special exception per 660-49. Scope of application limited to use only. Located in a Limited Industrial (I-2) and Traditional Neighborhood Development Overlay (TNDO) District.

The appeals listed above may be reviewed at the Zoning Office, 4th Floor, City Hall, 435 Hamilton Street, Allentown, Pennsylvania. This meeting will be video recorded and placed on the city website as public record.
