- 1 NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the following appeals. The meeting will be held both in person City Hall Council Chambers, 435 Hamilton Street, Allentown PA and online. The meeting information will be available at https://allentownpa.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx You may submit any questions, support, or state an objection ahead of the meeting by emailing public.comment@allentownpa.gov. Please include your name and address when submitting any comments. All comments and questions received by 4 pm on March 16 will be reviewed by the board.

A-2025-00870 928 Chew St Appeal of 928 W Chew Street Associates, LLC to SUBDIVIDE PROPERTY AND CONSTRUCT SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING AT SOUTH LOT, having the following insuff: lot width (40’ req; 20’ prop); side yard setback (4’ on each 2 sides req; 0’ prop on western lot line); excessive front yard setback (0’ req per 660-51(C); 20’ prop). Located in the R-MH (Medium-High Density Residential) and TNDO (Traditional Neighborhood Development Overlay) Districts. .
