Financial Impact of Pending Capital Projects o List of major pending and planned capital projects, including the new Public Safety Building, Central Fire/Life Center, and Parks and Recreation facility projects o Estimated project costs, financing structures, debt obligations, and projected impacts on taxpayers over the life of the financing – how would the projected anticipated tax increase dovetail with that contained in the city’s five-year plan. 3.
