3. 3 Bill 48 Amending the 2026 Trexler Fund by authorizing a supplemental appropriation in the amount of Three Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars and Fifty Cents ($322,955.50) to the Parks and Recreation Department to support the operating and capital budgets. This is inclusive of the City Match required in the agreement which needs to correspondingly increase Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars and Fifty Cents. ($18,280.50) to follow the 6% match requirement. This is part of the 2026 Trexler Capital Project allocation. 15-8461
