- 6 Thanks to the Muhlenberg College Office of Community Engagement, the AEAC has a summer intern. They produced an analysis and review of public comment related to Bill 20. The intent of this unofficial report was to inform AEAC members and other interested parties of public input and should not be considered the position of the AEAC.
- 8 Letter Review
- 9 Introduction and Reading of Draft Letter The draft letter will be reviewed section by section. Following the reading of each section, AEAC members will have an opportunity to provide comments and feedback. Public Comment and Section Review After the complete letter has been read, the Council will conduct a second review of each section. Members of the public will be invited to provide comments on individual sections using the virtual hand-raise feature. AEAC members will document comments and recommendations received during this review. Letter Revision and Discussion Following the public comment period, the Council will conduct a final review of the letter. AEAC members may discuss proposed revisions and make edits based on feedback received. Consideration of Approval Motion and vote on approval of the letter
