- 1 NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the following appeals. The meeting will be held both in person City Hall Council Chambers, 435 Hamilton Street, Allentown PA and online. The meeting information will be available at https://allentownpa.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx You may submit any questions, support, or state an objection ahead of the meeting by emailing public.comment@allentownpa.gov. Please include your name and address when submitting any comments. All comments and questions received by 4 pm on July 13 will be reviewed by the board.

- 3 1. A-2026-00138 552 N 10th St Appeal of Lukasz Selwa to establish ADMIN, BUSINESS OR PROFESSIONAL OFFICE (LAW OFFICE), with use not permitted, having insuff off-street parking (1 space req; 0 prop), located in a N1 (Urban Neighborhood) Zoning District.
- 4 2. A-2026-00181 2268 S 12th St Special Use Application of Exchange 32 LLC for Roberto Clemente Charter School , Inc. to establish ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, with use permitted by special exception, located in the GX-C (Residential-Office Mix Corridors) Zoning District.

A-2026-00296 90 S 9th St Appeal of Umran Global Investment LLC to construct 37 story mixed use building (Peregrine Tower), having insufficient sight triangle clearance, located in the B-2 (Central Business) Zoning District, vested under the previous Zoning Ordinance by way of an active land development application.

The appeals listed above may be reviewed at the Zoning Office, 4th Floor, City Hall, 435 Hamilton Street, Allentown, Pennsylvania. This meeting will be video recorded and placed on the city website as public record.
