11. 5. Discussion and possible action regarding the potential implementation of an evidence-based risk assessment tool as recommended by the Crime and Justice Institute. Requested by Grant Billingsley, Court Services Director.
12. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding the Mandatory Exclusionary Crimes List, and to consider any amendments to expand eligibility for pretrial release as recommended by the Crime and Justice Institute. Requested by Grant Billingsley, Court Services Director.
13. 13 Citizen Participation: “Citizens may address the Board during open meetings under the agenda item “Citizen’s Participation.” However, the Board cannot discuss, take action or make any decisions on matters not on the current agenda.
