- 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the minutes of the meeting of January 31, 2024 prepared by the County Clerk as authorized by statute (19 O.S. §243, 244, and 445) subject to additions or corrections by the Public Buildings Authority.

- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding all claims, list is attached and available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201.
- 9 Departmental Items
- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order #1 to the Agreement for Services between the Public Buildings Authority and DIGI for AR129 security upgrades to the Metro Parking Garage Video Surveillance and Access Control. The total amount of the change order is $20,923.74 pending encumbrance of funds. This item was requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.

Discussion and possible action regarding approval of an amendment to the Agreement for Services between Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, LLC and the Public Building Authority regarding Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office and Emergency Management Operations Center. The total amount of the amendment shall be $245,000.00 ($173,000.00 from Bond Fund 2034 and, $72,000.00 from ARPA Funds). Requisition No. 12404649 has been issued in the amount of $173,000.00 and PO 22304862 will increase by $72,000.00 contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-0428: Cash fund appropriation for Public Building Authority-ARPA Fund 7030-460 in the amount not to exceed $92,923.74. To appropriate miscellaneous receipt contingent upon the check being deposited from ARPA Fund 1415 per ARPA sub-recipient agreement. Requested by Keith Monroe, PBA Director.
