Discussion and possible action regarding a request to create a new line item in the Capital Projects - As Needed Fund 2010 for the Public Improvements and Infrastructure Committee to install badge access in the D.A.’s temporary location on the 1st floor of the annex; utilizing as the source of funding the Capital Projects As Needed, in an amount not to exceed $10,000. This item is a correction from resolution 2024-0926 on the March 21, 2024 Budget Board Agenda. The correction is regarding the Fund used on previous resolution had Fund 2020 Capital-District but should be Fund 2010 Capital-Regular. 2024-1114 approve Pass ▶ jump to 58:26

Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-1117: Transfer of General fund appropriations from TIF-Annex Building 319 in an amount not to exceed $33,000. $30,000 from Capital Fund 55000 to Salaries Fund 51000 and $3,000 from Capital Fund 55000 to Benefits Fund 52000. This transfer is necessary to provide sufficient funds for payroll through the remainder of the fiscal year.
