- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding the following Metro Parking Garage contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management. Contract #2238, One (1) space @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Cordell Law. Contract #2239, One (1) space @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Brady Scheer. Contract #2240, One (1) space @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Thomas "Brian" Fox.

Discussion and possible action regarding entering into a lease agreement with Vicki Zemp Behenna,in her official capacity as the Oklahoma County District Attorney, for storage space at 7401 N.E. 23rd St., OKC, OK 73141-1420. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Oklahoma County Facilities Management.
