- 18. Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and the Independent School District No. 89, a/k/a Oklahoma City Public Schools pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) and Title 19 O.S. § 359; to assist with a mill/overlay and re-striping of the current Spencer Elementary School parking lot located 8900 NE 50th Street, Spencer, OK. County agrees to provide the equipment, materials, and personnel for the project at an estimated cost of Fifty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Dollars and Twelve Cents ($54,660.12) but in no event to exceed Fifty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($57,393.13) without further written agreement. Oklahoma County Highway Cash will be made 100% whole with District 1 General Funds (Req. 12405940) reimbursing Highway Cash for an amount not to exceed Twenty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Thirty-Eight Cents ($28,565.38), for the cost of labor & equipment. Additionally, the School will reimburse the County for all materials associated with this project at an estimated not to exceed cost of Twenty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Seven Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($28,827.75). Discussion and Possible Action approving an amendment for a Specific Assistance Agreement between City of Piedmont and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County with reconstructing County Line Road, a section line road, between 164th and 178th. This contract supersedes resolution #2024-0384. Requested by Myles Davidson, Commissioner District 3.

Requisition No. 12500008 has been issued to Thimgan & Associates in the amount not to exceed $50,000.00 for Prognose for annual renewal, contingent upon encumbrance of funds. - 24. Discussion and possible action regarding the Second Amended FY 2023-24 contract with Midcon Recovery Solutions. The amendment is to extend a Cox connection to the rack. There will be a one time fee of $175.00. This will change the cost of the contract from $61,576.00 to $61,751.00. A change order will be processed on PO 22400174 upon the approval of this amended contract. This item is requested by Dayne Coffey, Director, Information Technology, and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

Discussion and possible action for the approval of Resolution No. 2024-1730, authorizing the submission of the application for the Oklahoma Opioid Abatement Grant and the collaborative partnership created with the OU Office of Research Studies, PCAP who was selected to provide opioid abatement services for 20 women in Oklahoma County.
