- 1. Discussion and possible actions to approve meeting minutes of April 8, 2024.
- 9 Departmental Items:
- 2. Receive, accept and discuss report by Chief Executive Officer Brandi Garner and/or those persons designated by her, regarding operation of and improvements for the Oklahoma County Detention Center, which may include personnel recruitment initiatives, Oklahoma State Health Department matters, the housing of juveniles, medical procedures and matters, budgetary and financial matters, plans for improvement of operation of the Oklahoma County Detention Center, and regarding enhanced use of release of detainees through the Medical Own Recognizance Program, with possible actions as desired by the Authority.
- 3. Discussion and possible action to approve Cross Commissioning Agreement with the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office to expand investigative capabilities and resources. Presented by Brandi Garner, Chief Executive Officer.
- 4. Receive, accept, and discuss report by Chief Financial Officer Chris Sherman regarding income statements, financial reports, and current budget for Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, with possible actions as desired by the Authority.

- 6. Discussion and possible action to approve contract with VieMed Healthcare Staffing, LLC to provide temporary staffing services for detention officers. Presented by Chris Sherman, Chief Financial Officer.
- 7. Discussion and possible action to approve contract with Service Wing Organic Solutions, LLC for the purchase and installation of an anolyte generator. Presented by Chris Sherman, Chief Financial Officer.
- 8. Discussion and possible action to approve Energy Services Agreement with Vicinity Energy Oklahoma City, LLC, for heating and chilling service to the Detention Center. Presented by Chris Sherman, Chief Financial Officer.
- 9. Discussion and possible action to approve radio license agreement with the City of Oklahoma City for use of its Trunked Radio System. Presented by Greg Couch, Chief Security Systems Officer.
- 10. Receive, accept, and discuss report by Information Technology Director, Jeff Ama, regarding network upgrade project, with possible actions as desired by the Authority.
- 11. Report regarding meetings of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority Citizens Advisory Board, with discussion and possible acceptance and other actions as desired by the Authority.
- 12. Announcement: Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority in 2024 is on Monday, June 10, 2024 , or as otherwise scheduled or held in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act.

To enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307(B)(4) to engage in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim or action regarding potential registrars of the pirate domain name “oklcountydc.net” and where on advice of its attorney, the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest. To enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307(B)(4) to engage in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim or action in Estate of Stephens v. Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, CIV-2023-114-PRW, and where on advice of its attorney, the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest.
