- 2. Discussion and possible action to receive letter from Cindy Byrd, Oklahoma State Auditor & Inspector regarding delayed Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the year ending June 30, 2023. Requested by Brian Maughan, Chairman of the Board.
- 3. Discussion and possible action to approve contract for services between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma and The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM). Requested by Brian Maughan, Chairman of the Board.

- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding the First Amendment to Real Estate Purchase Agreement between Garrett and Company Resources, LLC and Willowbrook Investments, LLC AND the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for property located at 1901 E. Grand Blvd. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The total amount of the agreement shall not exceed Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00). Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding payment, “buyers settlement”, to American Eagle Title Group, LLC for the close on the property located at 1901 E. Grand Blvd. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; And authorize the chairman to sign closing documents. The total amount of the payment shall not exceed Four Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Two Hundred Ninety Dollars ($4,999,290.00). Requisition No.12406819 has been issued from Jail Capital Fund contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.

Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement for Services between Jim Cooley Construction, LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Oklahoma County 1st Floor Annex Entrance & Security Project, ARPA Project #10067. Requisition Number 12406846 in the amount of One Million Six Hundred Eighteen Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($1,618,000.00) has been issued from ARPA Funds, contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
