- 1. Discussion and possible actions to approve meeting minutes of May 13, 2024.
- 9 Departmental Items:
- 2. Receive, accept and discuss report by Chief Executive Officer Brandi Garner and/or those persons designated by her, regarding operation of and improvements for the Oklahoma County Detention Center, which may include personnel recruitment initiatives, Oklahoma State Health Department matters, the housing of juveniles, medical procedures and matters, budgetary and financial matters, plans for improvement of operation of the Oklahoma County Detention Center, and regarding enhanced use of release of detainees through the Medical Own Recognizance Program, with possible actions as desired by the Authority.
- 3. Receive, accept, and discuss report by Chief Financial Officer Chris Sherman regarding income statements, financial reports, and current budget for Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, with possible actions as desired by the Authority.
- 4. Approval of invoices and claims list for June 10, 2024, with discussion and actions as desired by the Authority. List available for inspection in the office of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority Secretary, Room 201, Oklahoma County Office Building.
- 5. Discussion and possible action to ratify notice of voluntary termination of contract for food services with Summit Food Service to be effective June 30, 2024. Presented by Chris Sherman, Chief Financial Officer.
- 6. Receive, accept, and discuss report by Donna Hanson of Turn Key Health regarding provision of medical services at the detention center.
- 7. Discussion and possible action to approve Consulting Services Agreement with Avansic, Inc. for forensic analysis and data recovery services. Amount of contract not to exceed $20,000. Presented by Jeff Ama, Information Technology Director.
- 8. Report regarding meetings of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority Citizens Advisory Board, with discussion and possible acceptance and other actions as desired by the Authority.
- 9. Announcement: Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority in 2024 is on Monday, July 8, or as otherwise scheduled or held in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act.

To enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307(B)(4) to engage in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim or action against the City of Oklahoma City for the housing of municipal prisoners and where on advice of its attorney, the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest. Requested by Aaron Etherington, ADA.

To enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307(B)(11)(1)-(3) to engage in discussion of information technology that (1) identifies design or functional schematics that demonstrate the relationship or connections between devices or systems; (2) system configurations; and/or (3) security monitoring and response equipment placement and configuration.
